When I look back at the history of AVN, what I see first and foremost is a human adventure. A company born of a simple ambition: to create a work environment in which everyone feels heard, respected and valued. A family-owned company, rooted in the Monts du Lyonnais, where closeness, care and mutual support are not just words, but realities lived every day.

My own path was built step by step, starting in the field, in direct contact with the teams and the projects. I had the opportunity to discover every department, every gear of the company. That experience shaped a conviction in me: it is by understanding the reality of each person that one can become a fair and committed leader. My time at EMLyon, where I earned a Master’s degree in the management of operational units, allowed me to gain perspective, broaden my vision and reinforce my belief that transversal management is the key to an agile and sustainable company.

AVN has evolved considerably in recent years. We have grown, taken on ambitious technical challenges, and strengthened our international presence. But this growth we owe first and foremost to our close-knit teams, our loyal local partners, and this corporate culture that puts people at the heart of everything. Thanks to these strong ties, we have been able to scale up while maintaining our standards of quality and responsiveness.

Today my mission is clear: to continue to make AVN a company where it is good to work, where everyone can thrive, innovate and contribute to a common project. I believe deeply that the well-being of our employees is the first condition of our performance and our long-term success. That is why, in the years to come, I want to diversify our activities, strengthen our capacity to adapt, and continue to invent bespoke solutions without ever losing our soul.
