Parcel conveying solutions
Belt conveyors
Belt conveyors are suited to unloading, level changes and the conveying of a wide variety of parcels. Their rugged design ensures continuous, high-speed conveying without slippage, allowing parcel tracking in the control system. Their low maintenance requirements and adaptability make them a reliable, high-performance solution for optimising internal flows while ensuring gentle handling of parcels.

Lineshaft roller conveyors
Lineshaft roller conveyors provide conveying and low-pressure accumulation for a wide variety of parcels. Available in straight or carousel configuration, they facilitate and mechanise manual picking, weighing, reading and sortation operations.
Rugged and easy to maintain, roller conveyors are modular and scalable so that installation extensions are straightforward.
Curved conveyors
Curved conveyors ensure the continuity of flows while adapting to the constraints of logistics buildings. Suited to the transport of parcels, totes or cartons, they guarantee smooth transfer without any drop in throughput. Available in roller or belt versions, they easily integrate into automated lines. Their rugged design ensures reliability and low maintenance, even in heavy-duty operation.

Telescopic (extendable) conveyors
Telescopic conveyors are extendable units designed to optimise the bulk loading and unloading of parcels in trucks and containers. Thanks to their retractable structure, they allow the length to be adjusted as needed, reducing manual effort, operating time and the risk of accidents. Particularly suited to high-volume parcel-handling centres, they ensure a continuous, fast and safe flow of goods. Telescopic conveyors easily integrate into conveyor and sortation systems to maximise overall efficiency.
Bulk parcel conveyors
Interfaced with telescopic conveyors, bulk parcel conveyors are designed for the conveying and handling of parcels. Extremely rugged and modular, they easily integrate with singulators and automated sortation systems for significant productivity gains.
Alignment and singulation solutions
High-Speed Singulators (HSS)
High-Speed Singulators (formerly CHC) are high-speed belt conveyors running at up to 3 m/s and capable of very high accelerations. These conveyors transform a stream of parcels with no gap between them into a stream of spaced-out parcels, enabling high-speed reading and automated sortation.
The advantage of this technology is the constraint-free parcel drop, which increases the productivity of drop operators and the sorted-parcel throughput.

Edge / centre alignment
These automated positioning units are essential in high-throughput installations; they ensure the smooth flow of parcels and reduce the risk of jams or errors.
These parcel-flow management solutions optimise the automatic functions of injection, reading and measurement with AVascaN®, and parcel sortation. They suit the varied dimensions and shapes of parcel-delivery items. Rugged and reliable, they contribute to the continuous improvement of parcel sortation system performance by ensuring optimal load positioning at every stage of the process.
Singulators / de-tanglers
Singulators (or de-tanglers) are units that transform a stream of bulk parcels into a stream of individual parcels.
Fed by telescopic or bulk parcel conveyors, they singulate, separate, space out or align a wide variety of parcels. They ensure a homogeneous spacing between parcels prior to sortation, weighing or reorientation, thus optimising the operation of downstream automated systems. Thanks to their rugged design and precision, they guarantee flow continuity, reducing the risk of parcel jams or line stops. Singulators / de-tanglers are essential to improve the productivity and reliability of handling installations in demanding logistics environments.

Automated parcel sortation solutions
Multi-wheel diverters
Multi-wheel diverters automatically sort every type of parcel, polybag or envelope at high throughput — up to 6,000 parcels per hour. Thanks to rows of wheels each individually driven under a variable-speed drive, they ensure precise sortation of parcels at 30°, 45° or 90°. Compact and modular, they easily integrate into existing installations, optimising flow management in high-throughput logistics environments. Ideal for sortation centres, warehouses and distribution platforms, they help improve productivity while reducing the risk of jams or load damage.

Industrial turntables
Industrial turntables are material-handling units designed to change the direction of parcels on conveying lines. Fitted with a fine, precise indexing system every 15°, they finely adjust the sortation path of parcels up to 360°, easing right-angle transfers and direction changes.
Compact and rugged, these units easily integrate into automated parcel sortation lines, optimising logistics flows without interruption. Powered or manual as required, they guarantee high positioning accuracy. Ideal for sortation centres, warehouses or industrial installations, industrial turntables contribute to smoother operations while ensuring safety and productivity.
Impact-free electric pushers
Impact-free electric pushers are sortation units suited to cartons at medium throughput — up to 2,000 parcels per hour. Thanks to a sinusoidal push movement, they accompany parcel ejection smoothly and without impact. Frequently used in dispatch sorters, they guarantee the quiet, smooth and safe sortation of parcels, including fragile or unstable items.

Vertical diverter valves
Vertical diverter valves are mechanical units used in conveyor systems to automatically direct isolated loads (parcels, totes, baggage, etc.) from one level to another. They allow smooth management of vertical flows while optimising floor space. Reliable and rugged, they ensure precise parcel transfer with no jamming or load damage, even at high throughput. Suited to demanding logistics environments, they integrate easily into various automated line configurations. They play a key role in optimising cycle times and the overall reliability of the system.
Cross-belt sorters
Cross-belt systems, whether horizontal or vertical, are high-throughput parcel sorters particularly suited to logistics environments requiring accurate, fast and quiet sortation. They consist of small transverse belt conveyors mounted on carriers that travel along a closed loop.
- The horizontal cross-belt sorter is ideal for parcel sortation centres, garment or e-commerce products. The carriers run on a flat rail, allowing sortation in-line or in a loop. Each transverse belt is activated independently to unload the item onto a destination chute.
- The vertical cross-belt sorter, more compact, operates at height and suits sites where floor space is limited. It links several storage or sortation levels while ensuring a continuous flow.
These systems offer great flexibility in handling products of varied shapes and weights. Sortation accuracy reduces errors, improves operational efficiency and supports a fast return on investment. Their integration into a supply chain optimises the overall performance of automated warehouses, adapting to ever more demanding volume and throughput requirements.

Parcel sortation chutes
Chutes for floor-level sorters
Sortation chutes with motorised roller conveyors ensure proper extraction of sorted parcels at high throughput, for a wide range of loads. Variable in length, these conveyors allow low-pressure accumulation of parcels in each spur. Motorised chutes protect sorted parcels and eliminate the risk of jams.

Chutes for overhead sorters
Chutes for overhead sorters incorporate stainless-steel, wood or plastic slides, sometimes combined with gravity roller conveyors that can be fitted with braking rollers. Generally tested in the workshop before roll-out, these chutes suit the profile of the sorted parcels: shape, dimensions, weight, etc.
These chutes can be linear, spiral or retractable depending on the application or the containers used. They slow the trajectory of parcels while reducing the risk of jams and impacts.
They are easy-to-maintain and economical solutions.
AVascaN® — Automatic characterisation of your parcels
AVascaN® is a DWS system (Dimensioning, Weighing, Scanning) used in logistics for the automatic characterisation of your parcels: reading of every barcode or QR code present on the parcel, weight and volume measurement with certification and photo capture for parcel traceability.
