AVN supported DPD France on the extension and modernisation of its Nice branch, while keeping the site running throughout. A technical and organisational challenge met thanks to the precision and rigour of our teams 👷‍♂️⚙️

🔧 Project highlights:

• Full replacement of the mechanisation head
• Addition of a third belt telescopic conveyor
• Creation of a second picking line and adaptation of the first
• New electrical cabinet with Siemens automation system
• Delivered in 3 phases to guarantee operational continuity
