On Friday 26 September, the AVN team gathered at Wam Park for an off-site day like no other. On the programme: a welcome coffee by the water, inspiring conversations, shared laughter and activities that showcased what unites us day-to-day — cohesion and conviviality. These simple moments, lived together, reinforce the wonderful energy that drives our company forward every day 💪
