
INDUSTRIAL ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEER
22 January 2026Reporting to the Technical Director, the Business Project Manager oversees the full management of their projects, from order intake to final acceptance. They act as guarantor of financial profitability, technical compliance and customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities
1 – Financial and contractual management
- Budget management: ensure strict budgetary follow-up (material costs, labour hours, subcontracting) and guarantee the operating margin.
- Variance management: identify out-of-scope requests and negotiate financial contract amendments with the customer.
- Executive reporting: carry out regular project reviews (schedule, cost, quality and risk indicators) and drive the optimisation of internal tools.
2 – Technical coordination and planning
- Planning: draw up the overall project schedules and orchestrate internal resources (Engineering, Purchasing, Production) to ensure that critical milestones are met.
- Study validation: supervise and validate the technical studies and pre-studies (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation) in-house or via subcontracting.
- Commercial support: provide technical expertise to the commercial team when pricing complex solutions.
3 – Execution and field follow-up
- Delivery follow-up: monitor the quality and progress of manufacturing in the workshop and by subcontractors.
- Site deployment: organise the installation and coordinate internal/external parties at the end customer’s site.
- Commissioning: take part in the commissioning of the product and in snag list clearance.
- Final documentation: supervise the compilation of technical dossiers (As-built documentation / manufacturer file) to ensure delivery compliance.
- Customer relations: ensure constant communication with the customer and maintain positive relationships between all stakeholders.

Nature of responsibilities / relationships
- Interactions: transversal work with all departments of the company.
- Posture: leadership, commercial diplomacy, organisational rigour and ability to make decisions under time pressure.
- Mobility: frequent travel to be expected.

Specific professional knowledge
- Tools: MS Office suite, planning tools (MS Project, Gantt). Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor / SolidWorks) is a plus for study validation.
- Expertise: industrial project management and compliance with regulatory / quality requirements.
- Profile: 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Languages: technical English essential (reading documentation, email/meeting exchanges, drafting technical reports).
